| 本公司座落于国家级留学人员创业园——株洲留学人员创业园。 专业从事高比重钨合金、铜钨合金、硬质合金及相关产品的制造、加工。 高比重钨合金按中国航空材料标准及美国航空材料标准生产，目前已生产的高比重钨合金有： 钨合金渔坠系列：子弹型、水滴型、圆管型、半水滴型、圆柱有孔型、钨珠 钨球系列：φ1.5mm -φ10mm 精度±0.01mm，用于鱼坠配重、子母弹、医疗仪器配重、猎枪弹丸；φ0.1mm-φ10mm 精度±0.1mm，用于石油钻井平衡、猎枪弹丸； 高密度钨基合金配重系列： 机械用的平衡锤；飞锤；石油钻井配重杆；飞镖杆；高尔夫球配重块；赛车配重块；手机、游戏机振子；航空航天的陀螺仪；钟表摆锤；平衡配重球；防震刀杆。 医用钨合金射线屏蔽材料系列： 1、钨合金光栅叶片； 2、钨合金防护罐——用于医疗上的放射性屏蔽壁；屏蔽针管——用于医疗放射性药液屏蔽；钨合金存储器——用于储存放射性物质的罐、箱等容器。 3、准直器--用于医疗直线加速器和 核技术应用中钨合金系列 检测集装箱系统的准直器；Co60 其他辐射的屏蔽 电器材料系列电火花加工的电极和电阻焊的电极；高比重电触点、空气断路器中的触点。 军用系列： 穿甲弹；子母弹、球、棒、方粒、圆柱 其他 钨合金电镦块 军用系列 核技术应用中钨合金 高比重合金材料是一类以钨为基体（W含量85-99%），并添加有Ni、Cu、Co、Mo、Cr等元素组成的合金。按合金组成特性及用途分为W-Ni-Fe、W-Ni-Cu、W-Co、W-WC-Cu、W-Ag等主要系列，其密度高达16 .5-19.0g/cm3，而被世人称为高比重合金，它还具有一系列优异的特性，比重大：一般比重为16.5-18.75g/cm3,，强度高：抗拉强度为700-1000Mpa，吸收射线能力强：其能力比铅高30-40%，导热系数大：为模具钢的5倍；热膨胀系数小：只有铁或钢的1/2-1/3，良好的可导电性能；具有良好的可焊性和加工性。鉴于高比重合金有上述优异的功能，它被广泛地运用在航天、航空、军事、石油钻井，电器仪表、医学等工业。 铜钨合金，其生产能力达100T以上，可生产W（50）~W（90）的系列产品，是中国高品质铜钨合金重要生产厂家之一。 硬质合金制品可生产硬质合金球、硬质合金圆棒、硬质合金焊接刀片、硬质合金机夹刀片、硬质合金拉丝模、硬质合金矿山工具。硬质合金年生产能力为200吨。 公司拥有以材料学博士为核心的研发团队，与清华大学、中南大学相关院系保持密切的沟通合作，确保在高比重钨合金、铜钨合金、硬质合金制造方面保持国内甚至国际领先水平。 公司与国内其它知名的兄弟厂家保持友好的合作关系，转接了高比重合金、铜钨合金、硬质合金兄弟厂家的大量业务，解决了这些厂家的许多实际困难。 本公司是中国高比重钨合金网的主持单位，本网是中国高比重钨合金生产、技术、人才信息交流的重要平台。 本公司已与五家国际跨国公司建立了业务关系。 规范化、标准化、持续改进是本公司始终秉持的工作准则。全力满足甚至超越顾客的期望是公司全体员工最高要求和最大快乐。 坚持双赢、多赢的理念，真诚与顾客共同走向辉煌。 Huamei Tungsten Alloy is located in the national-level pioneer park designed for overseas talents—Zhuzhou Overseas Talents Pioneer Park. We are specialized in the producing and processing of tungsten alloy of high proportion, copper tungsten alloy, hard alloy and relevant products. Our high proportion alloy production strictly follows the China aviation material standard and U.S.A. aviation material standard. At present, we offer high quality high proportion fishing fall, high proportion alloy ball, high proportion alloy round stick, high proportion alloy unit, high proportion alloy golf head, high proportion alloy off-centered dipole and other high proportion alloy abnormal units. Production capacity: above 200T/year. We are one of the few professional manufacturers of high proportion alloy in China. Copper tungsten alloy: production capacity reaches above 100T/year.
